Fermentation

Depending on the impurities in the material, we can choose to hydrolyze the material first or send the material directly into the fermentation tank. 

Technical advantages:  

1. The fermentation tank is a round tank that can be constructed using concrete or plain steel at minimal cost.  

2. Tank size can be adjusted according to the hydraulic retention time (HRT), primary tank can be up to 5000m³, secondary tank can be up to 8000m³.  

3. Saving land is the most effective solution. 

Tank top system: This system is a special double foil system.  

Technical advantages:  

1. Airtight tank top of GBE anaerobic tank replaces expensive fixed tank top and can withstand severe weather and service life of more than 10 years.  

2. Synchronous collection of biogas, saving additional storage costs.  

3. High flexibility, can be opened in the process of operating.  

4. A special system is installed on the top of the tank, which will open automatically when the other two safety systems fail to prevent the tank pressure from being too high or too low resulting in explosion and deformation of the tank. 

In-tank desulfurization: patented system  

In the tank, we have an efficient system for removing aggressive hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S) directly from the source of biogas.

1. The system is also a biological process, requiring little maintenance.  

2. The cost of the desulfurization system is significantly reduced compared with other external desulfurization systems. 

Agitator: Underwater agitators have proven to be the best choice for high solids content CSTR fermentation systems.  

1. The agitator is a flexible mixing system that can be moved up and down in order to mix all areas of the tank.  

2. The agitator can fully and evenly mix materials so as to make materials more fully fermented.  

3. Blockage caused by floating materials or material precipitation can be avoided.  

4. The agitator is easy to operate and maintain, without reducing the filling amount or empting the tank.
