Project introduction:

Dongying Austasia Biogas project is the first German technology project that adopts biogas residue as cow mattress material in China's modern large-scale farm (with more than 5000 cows).  This is a landmark project to achieve environmental harmony by recycling waste from intensive pastures.  Using biogas residue as bedding material for cattle sheds can greatly save costs, and the excess biogas residue can also be composted to produce organic fertilizer.  The organic fertilizer will be used in the surrounding corn fields, and the corn produced will be fed to cattle. The excrement produced by cattle will be collected and made into organic fertilizer again, so as to truly realize the recycling of agricultural solid waste.

GBE adopts German MT full mixed anaerobic technology to conduct anaerobic treatment for manure and manure water of cattle farm. Biogas generated is used as electricity for cattle farm, and biogas residue is composted.  In the form of the EPC, GBE provided turnkey projects for the whole process of the project, including anaerobic, power generation, sewage treatment, solid-liquid separation and biogas residue composting.  The project has been running stably for more than ten years with excellent project economy.
